City: Improving the Capital Budget Preparation Process

Led a cross-functional municipal team of stakeholders across multiple divisions including Design and Construction; Transportation; Facilities Engineering; Water/Wastewater; Roads and Parks Operations to streamline the annual capital budgeting process. Key results included reducing lead time for the end-to-end process by one (1) month, while fully integrating the asset management function well ahead of the legislated deadline.
