Profile

Matthew Hamilton

Matthew is course director for Health Economic programs having supported numerous health improvement projects since 2010. Matthew previously worked as part of healthcare systems development teams in Australia (for Orygen Youth Health Research Centre at the University of Melbourne and Uniting Care in Sydney), Ireland (for the One Foundation and Headstrong) and the UK (University of Manchester). Matthew has a particular interest in complex interventions and continuous improvement in healthcare and has led Health Economics workshops for Leading Edge Group in Canada and Ireland. This program can be delivered through self-paced e-Learning or instructor-led (for groups of participants). One-to-one online mentoring support is provided throughout the program.

  • Program/Contact Hours : Approximately 40 hours
  • Completion Timeframe : Up to six (6) months
  • Prerequisites : None
  • Reading List/Textbook : No textbook required. All materials will be provided online, including recommended readings.
  • Assessment and Certification : Assessment is based on completing a multiple-choice exam online (40%) and submission of a program assignment (60%).

Upon successful completion, participants receive a certificate of completion from Leading Edge Group
