Carl Boucher graduated as an industrial engineer from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières and is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec. Carl has over 20 years’ operations management and Lean experience and works with organizations and their teams to improve sustainable value and service performance. Recent projects include:

• Process improvement programs for 3D design and procurement service for a packaging machine manufacturer, leading to 43% lead time reduction
• Process improvement programs for the staffing service at a Montreal hospital, leading to 68% lead time reduction
• Manufacturing design for a shoe manufacturer, leading to 46% efficiency increase
• Developing a new manufacturing line (R&D) in order to adapt to a new market
• Manufacturing design and project management to operationalize three plants
