Jocelyn is a results-oriented quality improvement consultant, with in-depth experience leading workflow and process improvements, change management and customer service strategies.

Jocelyn’s work consistently demonstrates excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. She is a strong team player who builds strong relationships with staff through mentoring and coaching.

Jocelyn has successfully led and provided support on numerous improvement projects including the implementation and renewal of team huddle boards and process mapping with action plan; inventory management; visual management and performance data through change communication.

Jocelyn has previously worked with Interior Health Authority and Vancouver Coastal Health. She is a certified Lean Green Belt and Lean Transformation Specialist and holds a Master of Arts in Leadership.
