He has a proven track record in managing complex environments, delivering scalable enterprise solutions, driving service excellence, influencing business partners, developing and accomplishing change strategies at both start-ups and established operations. He is passionate about delivering real business value and outstanding customer experiences by fostering a culture of innovation and high performance, which is underpinned by effective people, processes, and technology strategies.

John brings over 20 years of experience in financial services, banking, and technology companies and has a strong background in digital transformation, regulated operations, outsourcing, strategic planning, risk management and audit, software engineering, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, data management, cybersecurity and resilience, program and vendor management. John is excited about the role that technology will play in the future and wants to ensure that companies are adopting the right strategies and frameworks to fuel their digital transformations and deliver successful outcomes.

John holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Dublin, Certificate in European Community Law, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Machine Learning.
