Shane has twenty years of industry and consultancy expertise in LEAN-based operational excellence, integrated performance management, and business transformation. He has a Master’s of Commerce (Supply Chain Management) from University College Cork.

Shane started his career in the FMCG food sector and progressed through the business management framework, having fulfilled Technical Manager, Operations Manager, and Site General Manager roles. Success in leading large-scale manufacturing business takes both cross-departmental management expertise internally and effective alignment across the wider supply chain meeting ever-evolving market demands.

Years of global consultancy work, across Australia, China, and the EU, has concentrated on both the development and implementation of bespoke LEAN-based, operational process management frameworks delivering client need within their internal manufacturing environment and across their respective supply chains.
Throughout his career, Shane has remained committed to the core principles of high-level manufacturing, product specification, and maintenance of effective site management practices and positive working culture.
