Lean South West Forum at DPS Engineering

Attended the Lean South West forum last night at DPS Engineering. Hugely impressed with the innovative approach adopted by Aidan and his team, and the passion showed by his work colleagues. This is a great example of how an Irish company can adopt Lean through strong leadership and an empowered workforce.
