Lean is a continuous improvement methodology that focuses on improving processes and creating enhanced value.

The webinar will explain what Lean is and its impact in transactional environments. It will explain the key Lean tools that are commonly used to extract productivity savings and how it can benefit local government. In doing so, examples and scenarios will be provided to help demonstrate the benefits of Lean in local government and how it can be achieved through adopting a Lean culture.

Webinar Presenter: Greg Kilbey

Greg is an experienced Lean and process improvement practitioner with a wealth of knowledge and expertise achieved from training diverse groups throughout Australia and South-East Asia across industries that include government, financial services, health, telecommunications, logistics, insurance, manufacturing and education. He is a certified Black Belt and Master Black Belt practitioner who has delivered training and facilitation for over 700 professionals across more than 300 process improvement projects.
